Insert a new row or column excel keyboard shortcut hotkey

Method 1
1. Shift-SpaceBar to select the current row (or Ctrl-SpaceBar to select the current column)
2. Ctrl-+ to insert a row.
3. Ctrl-- to delete a row.

Method 2
Alt-i r to insert a row
Alt-i c to insert a column

Note: if you want to repeat and do more of each, you could just hit F4.
